Snow papers is a simple application that allows you to add a nice snow effect to any of the images currently on your device. You Can then save that image to your Photo Album to use it as a Snowing Wallpaper. Customise the snow effect with the following settings.
* Snow Intensity.
* Snow Speed.
* Snow Scale.

* Wind.
